If you use the Spotify Widgets, you will be deemed to have accepted the Widget Terms and entered into a legally binding contract with Spotify AB (“Spotify”, “we”, and sometimes “us”). However, if you reject the Widget Terms, you do not have any right to use the Spotify Widgets.
You are not required to agree to the Widget Terms. Please note that this invitation is subject to your review and agreement with this Widget Terms of Use agreement and certain other terms and conditions (collectively, the “Widget Terms” or “Agreement”).
We invite you to review, download and embed our Widgets accessible, and documentation described, on our developer website (collectively the "Widgets").
